- Assist in locating "best selling" products that are trending.
- Ability to negotiate prices with suppliers, ensuring optimal margins.
- Mostly using Zendrop WEBSITE DESIGN & USER EXPERIENCE.
- Proficient in Shopify platform, capable of creating a visually appealing and user-friendly store.
- Implementing best practices for e-commerce design and user experience (UX).
- Ability to integrate apps and plugins to enhance the store's functionality.
DIGITAL MARKETING & ADVERTISING.
- Proficient in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Experience in running successful online advertising campaigns with a focus on converting leads to sales.
SEO & CONTENT MARKETING.
- Skilled in SEO optimization for Shopify stores to improve visibility on search engines.
- Ability to create engaging and SEO-friendly content that drives traffic and increases conversions.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT & ENGAGEMENT.
- Proficient in providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and returns.
- Experience in building relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
Ideal candidates should have a background in e-commerce and Shopify, and a proven track record of success in the areas mentioned above.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are also essential.
