About the Role.
The role will be aiming to support and drive the commercial development and Sales Operation Planning in the market assigned, by reviewing consolidated sales forecast and providing key highlight and justification to facilitate internal review and alignment.
The position coordinates the process Improvement and execution on compliance enhancement projects among key commercial members, in alignment with local stakeholders on overall budget process management, trade spending, ROI analysis and updates on risks and opportunities.
Main Responsibilities.
Drive Sales forecasting and S&OP sales process for the Sales function, monitor and validate the rolling forecast, comparing also with historical data and market trend Validate the final forecast version with executive summary to key stakeholders and share possible plan adjustment with Sales team Continuously monitor the market situation in order to ensure products availability, products freshness and avoid products stock-out Highlight any risks and if needed, escalate for final decision making Define, together with the relevant teams, the volume plan to be proposed for the P&L creation, and according to the Budget direction and category focus Book-keep volume evolution – category / channel / stream / market and integrate Account plans Promptly identify irregular trends, works on scenario plans, and suggests remediation actions together with relevant teams Manage sales operations development, planning and reporting Track and report relevant sales performance metrics, coordinate and align between commercial and controlling teams for monthly reporting Ensure timely and accurate reporting on Trade Spend position each month, monitor progress of Revenue Management (Gross to Net) and to improve usage efficiency Collect and analyze information across the market and competition, develop reports and propose action to improve positioning and/or management of specific performance issues Dissect and review resources across brands / cost centres / streams / channel / countries to optimize resources usages Lead and coordinate on problem solving meetings, streamline on low-yield areas to synergize resources Who we are looking for.
Bachelor degree in a finance or business discipline 10+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Planning, Trade Marketing or similar, with strong FMCG market knowledge High analytical capabilities, insight orientated reporting, strategic thinking, project management Proactivity, accountability, resilience, dynamism and self-motivation, growth mindset, time management skills Advanced MS Office, Power BI skills Fluency in English is required, any other language is considered a plus How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero.
