What do you become a part of - The role of the Coffee At Work Channel Lead is designed to accelerate the coffee capabilities of our countries, while being a key contributor to strategic decisions and strategic reflection, as support for the coffee At Work channel strategy.
What you will do - Ensure At Work Channel Understanding for our Coffee teams and Key stakeholders in the local organization across our Coffee Markets in CCEP Drive Channel Expertise, for our countries, with clear Gap Assessment and RoadMap, addressing both Market Capabilities and People Capabilities Ensure Customer Segmentation is in place and driving results in both revenue growth and cost optimization Build Differentiation through service strategies per channel and clear commercial model strategic input, to win profitably in the market Tooling and Retooling of the Sales Process for the At Work Channel, with specific Coffee dedicated Tools Build and Co-Build solid channel strategies and activity plan, in collaboration with countries, to enhance channel performance Support Fully the strategic choices for Solution and Portfolio for the assigned channel Contributing to the integration of the Hot Channel Vision and Strategy in the overall CCEP channel strategy Develop and Help drive the implementation of Right Route to Market for the Channel Create, Maintain and animate a community of Channel specialists across countries, to drive expertise Advise the Strategy choices for the Farming and Hunting strategy for the country choices Creating the Channel Playbook, while ensuring the Design of the Right Training Strategy and training adaptation for the assigned channel Working together with other critical functions including.
Coffee Country Managers Commercial Leads Field sales & Key Account Managers Group Coffee Capability Director Group Coffee Team Costa Marketing and Commercial Team What we expect from you - Proven experience in a commercial or marketing role in the coffee industry is a must High level knowledge of the Coffee Winning Strategies and Winning Capabilities in the professional channels and more specifically in the At Work channel Coffee Consumer Marketing Capabilities, On-Trade Leadership Strong drive for results & action orientation Overall commercial understanding & business judgment Operational planning (routines, processes, setting controls) Financial acumen - Analytical thinking & synthesis Communication and relationship skills at all levels Ability to manage relationships and lead without authority
