Position Overview.
Siemens Healthineers is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Education Digital & Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by leveraging our state-of-the-art Image Data Management and AI solutions to improve diagnostics, research, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities.
As a Clinical Education Digital & Automation Specialist, you will.
Perform on-site training of key operators and end users in the area of Digital Healthcare Solutions.
Work closely with radiologists, clinicians, and other professional staff to ensure the proper and efficient operation of company products.
Provide and maintain documentation to support customer training and business unit requirements.
Provide feedback to Sales, Service, Marketing, Engineering and Product Line management on solutions issues and customer concerns.
Participate in special projects for customer and product line development as requested.
Product demonstration and trade show support.
Work with your team and colleagues to gain customer acceptance of product.
Provide on-going support to resolve application related and image quality concerns on both a product and system level.
Qualifications.
To excel in this role, you should possess.
A bachelor's degree in Radiology, Cardiology, Nuclear Medicine or Biomedical Engineering.
In-depth knowledge of imaging diagnostics principles, instruments, and software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
A passion for innovation and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through technology.
Fluent in Portuguese and highly proficient in English.
