Een chatbot is een kunstmatige intelligentie die kan reageren op vragen (of opdrachten) van een gebruiker over elk onderwerp met een bijna menselijk "begrip".
Het voert tekstgebaseerde taken uit zoals het maken van verschillende vormen van inhoud het samenvatten van tekst en het vertalen tussen talen.
Contentbeoordelaars die werken in ons Chatbotteam zijn verantwoordelijk voor het beoordelen van tekstuele antwoorden van de chatbot die door gebruikers zijn gemarkeerd als ongepast door gebruik te maken van het beleid en de richtlijnen om te beslissen of de antwoorden beledigend/gevaarlijk waren.
Je zult tekstuele inhoud visueel beoordelen en schendingen van het beleid van de klant melden met behulp van interne tools.
Op dit project kan je inhoud beoordelen die varieert van mild tot zeer gevoelige onderwerpen zoals maar niet beperkt tot grof taalgebruik haatspraak of geweld.
We hebben programmas zoals het Feel Good Wellness 360 Programma en tijd om los te koppelen om ervoor te zorgen dat je de ondersteuning hebt die je nodig hebt mocht dat nodig zijn.
Aandacht voor detail en snelle besluitvaardigheid zijn essentieel voor succes in deze rol aangezien de taken behoorlijk repetitief kunnen zijn.
Je zult werken als onderdeel van een wereldwijd team met collegas gevestigd in Polen (KRK) Ierland (DUB) Portugal (LIS) en Marokko (CAS).
Vereisten Vloeiend Nederlands sprekend en goed Engels (B2); Minimaal MBO/HBO Diploma; Bereidheid om 40 uur in shifts te werken; Dat je een VOG aanvraagt en deelt met de werkgever; Jij minimaal een jaar in Portugal wilt wonen en werken; 5 dagen training volgen (betaald).
