Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or related fields; Proven experience in change management or related field, with a focus on IT and project management; Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its implications for change management within IT projects; Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills to effectively manage communications and logistics; Familiarity with IT PMO standards and procedures, with the ability to develop, review, and execute campaign plans; Ability to monitor progress, track action items, and analyze the effectiveness of change management strategies; Experience leading change initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels; Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in implementing changes; Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent approach to change management; Fluency in English.
