As a Mid/Senior Software Engineer youll be part of a client team building innovative products.

About You.
A YLD Software Engineering Consultant is a highlyskilled developer who exemplifies the highest standard in software engineering and enjoys sharing their knowledge and experience with others.
Youll have the opportunity to build and deliver software within some interesting projects both in terms of the product and the methodology.
We work in an Agile environment (Scrum) with a testfirst mindset (actually writing code without tests should be unthinkable).
We are also big advocates of pair programming and nothing is released until we have a code review.
You have a real passion for problemsolving you are an active learner and get excited by working collaboratively with those around you.
Your daytoday responsibilities will look like this.
Architecting designing building and delivering highlyavailable alwayson zero downtime API products and solutions; Collaborating with engineers product owners and other colleagues to seek exciting and resultsoriented problems for delivering value; Writing clear maintainable code that will scale; Contributing to production operation and monitoring of systems and aware of SLAs; Learning growing and mentoring other engineers through code reviews and pair programming to accelerate their technical mastery; Proactively looking for ways to improve team processes; Driving good practices within your team and making an impact on the whole department.
Requirements Youll have.
Senior level experience in modern.
ET applications written in C# 7.
ET Core 5 NuGet Experience designing HTTP APIs using technologies such as ASP.
et MVC WebAPI.
Experience in delivering comprehensive test strategies that cover all aspects of the system such as testdriven development (TDD) An understanding of systems design such as strengths and weaknesses of distributed systems cloud technologies event sourcing.
Experience in using PlatformasaService clouds ideally in Azure Experience with modern working practices such as CI/CD pairing and iterative delivery Experience working in autonomous agile environments; Availability to work a flexible oncall rota responding to and resolving critical incidents.
Nice to haves.
Experience in building highperformance API products; FinTech experience; Experience launching APIs to both internal and external consumers; Experience building cloud systems (specially Azure).
Experience using hosted document databases such as MongoDB and Cosmos BD Experience using Event Driven architectures and messaging Youll be.
A Tshaped engineer but will major in C#; Product oriented; Focused on quality and will know what it means to ship highquality code; Selfmotivated proactive and always looking for ways to improve yourself the team and the product; Diplomatic and emotionally intelligent youll have the ability to listen and be open to others points of view; A good communicator both in writing and verbally.
