BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST - CLAIMS CENTER

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will support the existing production environment and participate in current and future development projects.
The individual will analyze moderate to complex system and functionality-related problems in our insurance business systems.
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client location in Markham at a minimum 1 day per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• The BSA will analyze moderate to complex systems and functionality issues as reported by the business unit.
• Recommend and communicate possible workaround solutions before programming changes are applied.
• Proactively act upon any recognized trends in system problems.
• Evaluate and offer feedback on different solutions.
• Create Requirement documentation for introducing system changes.
• Testing moderate to complex system changes, and maintaining and updating tables changes.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• ClaimCenter experience (5 plus years) • PolicyCenter experience (3 plus years) • JIRA experience (3 years) • Experience within a production support group supporting bug fixes and business as usual changes supporting ClaimCenter • Experience coordinating and managing change with internal stakeholders as well as external vendors • Ability to understand downstream impacts to change (financial) • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills #LI-BN Skills.
