BUSINESS PROGRAM AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT ANALYST TS/SCI WITH POLY REQUIRED

Position Description.
CGI Federal is seeking candidates for Business Program and Project Management Analysts (BPPAs) to support a USG client in Northern Virginia.
BPPAs will assist a component of the USG client with managing its daily business operations to include coordinating briefings, facilitating meetings, documenting and tracking requirements and maintaining standard operating procedures.
This position is located in Chantilly, VA.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Assisting with action items, congressional taskers and data calls.
• Updating and maintaining the content management system documentation on SharePoint, the office website and shared folders.
Posting announcements and relevant updates for the program.
• Distributing correspondence and documentation to external stake holders to facilitate office information flow.
• Preparing and coordinating Senior Steering Committee (SSC) briefings, including developing presentation materials and capturing meeting notes.
• Conducting research, gathering background information and taking notes to support team forums.
• Organizing initiatives and working with component officers to plan off-sites or events.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or at least four (4) years of work experience in project and resource management.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting the IC.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in tracking and monitoring program activities and initiatives.
• Proven ability to plan and organize tasks independently.
• Excellent time management.
• Strong written and oral communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience using MS Office applications and other tools to support and track component activities.
• Proven ability to work independently and identify and implement solutions to issues as they arise.
• Outstanding coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and external entities.
• Exceptional corporate communication expertise with desired experience writing to both broad consumer level and executive audiences.
• Ability to identify and recommend process improvement opportunities for the program.
• Success in liaising across organizations to collect and collate important data.
• Successful experience conducting multiple layers of research and writing summaries, reports, official correspondence and guidance.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
