We are seeking a Process Consultant (f/m/d) for SAP Logistics for Cloud Application Services Delivery Center EMEA/MEE within the CAS Family.
Your tasks are as follows.
Understand customer’s requirements and provide solutions Implement changes in alignment with business processes & solution architecture Analyze and resolve application incidents Plan and perform maintenance of customer systems Identify potential improvements Working on smaller projects during operations phase Address customer challenges and escalations in a proactive and structured manner   What you bring.
