As a Business Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating transversal coordination and information consolidation across various domains such as HR, Finance, Facilities, and community management.
You'll be the driving force behind management processes, ensuring efficient goal-setting, planning, and execution.
Your responsibilities will span a wide array of tasks crucial for organizational success.
Main Tasks Include.
• Supporting deliverables and processes in Finance, HR, Operational Permanent Control, Business Continuity, and Management.
• Developing and owning data models using tools like Excel and SharePoint to consolidate, analyze, and report data for informed decision-making.
• Assisting in continuous improvement initiatives and project implementations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Contributing to the annual budgeting process and monitoring budget performance.
• Preparing and facilitating workshops or meetings with internal clients to address their needs effectively.
