BUSINESS ANALYST SPECIALIZED IN DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT, IBM FILENET, CASE MANAGER

Position Description.
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Document Management, FileNet, and Case Manager Systems.
• 5 years of Business Analyst responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and implementing document management solutions using FileNet and case manager technologies.
Deep understanding of document management principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from various business units.
Asset Management Domain Knowledge • 5+ years of experience in FileNet Document Management business applications.
• Knowledge in Banking domain, especially Asset Management preferred.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• As a FileNet Business Analyst will be working in a team of highly motivated technical experts delivering various challenging high visibility projects.
• Ability to adapt to fast pace development model is crucial.
• Working experience in Agile Methodology • Participate in design meetings and design decisions.
• Develop System Monitoring tools.
• Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities.
Analyze business requirements related to document management and collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed system requirements.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing document management processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions using FileNet and case manager systems.
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process models to guide the implementation of document management solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the document management system with existing systems and applications.
• Configure and customize FileNet and case manager systems to meet business needs, including designing workflows, security models, and metadata structures.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to end-users on document management system functionalities.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to document management, FileNet, and case manager systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Soft Skills • Ability to partner with client to interpret functional specifications • Ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment • Ability to pick up new product and technical knowledge quickly • Ability to quickly learn new and complex processes • Self-starter, able to set own targets and timelines and manage delivery expectations with users.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written and verbal) Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Education • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Finance.
• Good working experience of SDLC and Agile methodologies Skills.
