Job Description Determining hardware and software solutions.
Resolving technological problems.
Diagnosis and correction of flaws.
Resolving network problems.
Installation and configuration of hardware and software.
Interviewing clients to swiftly determine the source of their problem.
Giving customers fast and accurate feedback.
Qualifications Experience in application support; Experience and ability to undertake technical analysis and identify impacts (functional/technical); Experience working with apps that have several interfaces to other applications; Comprehensive understanding of RDBMS principles; Knowledge of at least one database (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server); At least 2 years of experience dealing with Unix and its standard commands; Basic understanding of DataStage TX and Java (preferred); Basic knowledge of PowerShell Scripts; English; French (plus).
