Youll provide assistance via phone/mail/email/chat from customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business Youll guide the customers through the webshop Youll be ensuring that the data received from the customer is accurately and timely maintained Youll be transferring queries to the corresponding department is part of your role Requirements Youre the person were looking for if.
You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or backoffice.
You have a fluent level of French Youre proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office You have a good excel knowledge You have experience in SAP (SD module preferably) You have strong communication skills written and spoken Youre proactive determined and have strong interpersonal skills Benefits Were offering.
