Full Time We are looking for an experienced AWS Devops Architect to join our team.
The AWS DevOps Architect will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to streamline our software delivery pipeline and ensure scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud infrastructure.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Design and implement cloud-based DevOps solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, RDS, CloudFormation, and others.
• Architect highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable infrastructure on AWS.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
• Automate build, deployment, and release processes using CI/CD tools such as AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions on AWS using tools such as AWS CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, ELK stack, or Prometheus.
• Implement security best practices for AWS environments, including IAM policies, encryption, network security, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization on AWS.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and operations teams on AWS and DevOps best practices.
• Stay current with AWS services, features, and best practices, and recommend improvements to our cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and cost optimization efforts for AWS environments.
• Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based DevOps solutions on AWS.
• Deep understanding of AWS services and capabilities, including compute, storage, networking, databases, and security.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Amazon ECS.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, configuration management, and version control.
• Strong background in AWS services, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional certification preferred CGI is an equal opportunity employer.
