• Strong understanding of QA concepts, testing techniques, and automation tools & technologies.
• Expertise in both functional and non-functional testing with the ability to propose effective automation solutions.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing automation scripts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL for database interactions.
• Capability to analyze requirements, strategize, and execute automation plans efficiently.
• Hands on experience on the ERP Domain - HRM.
Testing and understanding of the HRM applications.
• Experience with automation frameworks, Continuous Integration (CI) tools, and automation infrastructure.
• Hands-on knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Rancher, Kubernetes, and other CI/CD tools.
• Competencies in DevOps, Continuous Testing, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Proven experience in providing end-to-end technical support for testing engagements.
• Ability to drive technology initiatives to enhance test automation capabilities at the organizational level.
• Strong presentation and technical documentation skills for effective communication and knowledge sharing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities.
Analyze requirements, create test strategy, test plan, test cases and excute the test plans • Automate test cases for the applications and make them robust and executed on time.
• Review and enhance test scripts to improve automation efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to gain insights into system functionality and ensure thorough testing.
• Estimate and track testing progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Participate in peer reviews of testing processes and proactively address any identified roadblocks.
• Become a subject matter expert (SME) for the product, gaining deep knowledge to drive effective testing strategies.
