The Role Your main responsibilities will be.
Lead and mentor a team of RPA professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.
Lead RPA projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with the business unit's strategic goals and delivering high-impact solutions.
Work closely with client teams to understand and analyze their automation needs, translating them into actionable RPA strategies and projects.
Leverage knowledge in RPA and Microsoft Power Platform to guide project development and address technical challenges.
Maintain robust communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
Implement RPA deployment strategies, utilizing agile methodologies to ensure flexible and efficient project management.
The Requirements.
You are the person that we are looking for if you have.
Bachelor\us or Master\us degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Over 6 years' experience in the technology field Over 2 years' experience leading technology projects Expertise in RPA technologies, particularly Microsoft Power Platform is a plus Demonstrated leadership abilities, with skills in team building, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Certifications in Project Management (e.
., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are desirable.
