This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in finance, real estate, or a related field, along with a passion for the intricacies of the real estate private equity landscape.
Your new role 1.
Deal Analysis and Due Diligence.
Assist in identifying and evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities.
Conduct financial analysis, market research, and risk assessments during due diligence processes.
Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive investment memos and reports.
2.
Financial Modeling.
Support the team in developing and maintaining detailed financial models for investment analysis.
Contribute to the preparation of financial projections and investment proposals.
3.
Portfolio Management Support.
Collaborate and coordinate external stakeholders in the asset development phase to secure compliance with budget and timeline.
Collaborate with the local property management team to monitor the performance of existing real estate investments.
Assist in implementing strategies to enhance property performance and overall portfolio optimization.
4.
Market Research and Analysis Stay informed about real estate market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes.
Contribute to market research reports and presentations for use in decision-making processes.
5.
Support in Negotiations and Deal Structuring.
Assist in negotiations with sellers, joint venture partners, and other stakeholders.
Participate in deal structuring activities to align with the firm's investment objectives.
6.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation.
Support the identification and assessment of potential risks associated with real estate investments.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
7.
Collaboration and Team Assistance.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth execution of investment strategies.
Provide support in various tasks to ensure the success of the investment team.
What you'll need to succeed Proficiency in both Portuguese and English are a must.
Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business, or a related field.
3 to 8 years of relevant work experience in real estate, finance, or private equity.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic work environment.
