Key responsibilities   General Accounting.
To ensure monthly closing process according to monthly reporting calendar timely and accurately.
Prepare/review maintenance of accounting documents filing according to statutory requirements.
To perform any ad-hoc projects as needed.
Financial Analysis.
To prepare/review any type of analytical report requested by corporate GBS Finance and handle problem solving.
Team Management.
Manage team of 6-7 people, setting up goals, evaluate performance and coach.
Internal Control.
Ensures all activities comply with company policy and relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and the internal Quality Management System.
Internal Operations.
To identify opportunities to streamline workflow, information flow, enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, improve data integrity, reduce costs and promote continued quality service, and implement as appropriate.
Ad hoc involvement with accounting activities & process improvement.
Performance of any other related duties as assigned or requested.
Relationship Management.
Manage day to day interaction with local finance and global GBS team effectively.
Handle conflict management with stakeholders.
Global/Local Projects.
Coordinate/Lead global/local business projects and initiatives based on projects arrangement and timeline.
Requirements   CA with of 6-7 years of experience or ICWA/CPA/CA Inter with 8-10 years of experience more in general accounting, month end closing in multinational environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
People Management skills.
Ability to drive, coach and motivate people and ensure productivity.
Ability to manage stakeholders with problem solving approach and bring up value addition through ideas and new initiatives.
Analytical, detailed oriented, accurate with a sense of urgency of complete projects ERP Experience/SAP Skills Knowledge of IFRS/USGAAP will be an advantage.
Experience with shared service organizations (internal or customer) Experience for project management.
