Job Description.
As an Arabic and French Speaking Content Moderator you will be at the forefront of maintaining the integrity and safety of our platform by ensuring that usergenerated content aligns with our community guidelines and values.
You will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to inclusivity and respect for diverse perspectives.
Key Responsibilities.
Review and moderate usergenerated content in Arabic and French languages including text images and videos to ensure compliance with community standards.
Utilize your linguistic and cultural expertise to accurately interpret and evaluate content nuances and contextual meanings.
Apply established moderation policies and guidelines to identify and address potentially sensitive or inappropriate content such as hate speech graphic violence and harassment.
Exercise discretion and impartiality in content evaluation while adhering to defined protocols and escalation procedures.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including Trust and Safety Legal and Product to continuously improve moderation processes and policies.
Provide constructive feedback to users on moderation decisions promoting transparency and user education.
Stay abreast of industry trends emerging issues and best practices in content moderation and online safety.
Qualifications.
Fluency in both Arabic and French languages with exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain objectivity and impartiality in content evaluation.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment managing multiple tasks and priorities with efficiency and accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a multicultural team environment.
While prior experience in content moderation or related fields is advantageous it is not a prerequisite.
