- Receção de chamadas para atendimento ao cliente empresa (telefone);
- Informação de Faturação, Esclarecimentos, Gestão de Reclamações, Registo dos Pedidos/alterações dos serviços de telecomunicações com orientação para a qualidade e satisfação do cliente e Promoção.
