Assistente de Apoio ao Cliente (m/f) - Coimbra
Responsabilidades
- Receção de chamadas no Serviço Oficial de Apoio ao Cliente (atendimento via telefone) para informação, esclarecimentos e resolução das questões apresentadas.

Competências:
- Habilitações mínimas 12º ano;
- Conhecimentos de informática (ótica do utilizador);

- Responsabilidade;
- Disponibilidade imediata.
Horários: Full-Time e Part-Time de 2ª a domingo, com duas folgas semanais
