Função: Apoio ao Cliente (Atendimento em Português)
Descrição
- Receção de chamadas para atendimento ao cliente (via telefone);
- Informação de Faturação, Esclarecimentos, Gestão de Reclamações, Registo dos Pedidos/alterações do tarifário de telecomunicações e Promoção com orientação para a qualidade e satisfação do cliente.

Horários: 13h00- 22h00 de 2ª a domingo com 2 folgas semanais
