RESPONSABILIDADES.
Atender chamadas dos clientes e apoiar as suas perguntas, situações, estado das encomendas e outros.
Satisfazer as necessidades do cliente e fidelizar os clientes à empresa.
Requisitos.
Português nativo ou fluente; Bom nível de Inglês, escrito e falado (Nível intermédio); Boa capacidade comunicativa com os outros e diferentes faixas etárias; Facilidade em ajudar diversas situações de forma eficaz e prática.
Oferece-se.
Contrato direto com o IKEA.
Horário rotativo.
2ª a Sáb.
09H às 22H (8H diárias) / Domingos.
09H às 20H.
Regime Hibrido.
1 vez por semana no escritório (Loures).
Salário base acima da média.
