Função: Apoio ao Cliente - Contact Center
Descrição:
- Receção de chamadas no Serviço de Apoio ao Cliente (atendimento via telefone);
- Informação, esclarecimento e apoio nas questões apresentadas pelo cliente.
Perfil:
- Experiência em atendimento telefónico em linhas de apoio ao cliente - Contact Center
- Capacidade de comunicação e empatia;
- Sentido de responsabilidade e resistência ao stress;
- Proatividade, dinamismo e assertividade;
- Conhecimentos de informática (ótica do utilizador);
- Disponibilidade imediata.
Oferta
- Contrato de Trabalho;
- Vencimento Base + Subsídio de Alimentação + Subsídio de Férias e Natal;

Horários de Trabalho: Compreendido entre as 09H e as 20H de 2ª a 6ª
