Perfil.
– 12º ano; – Capacidade de comunicação, sentido crítico e analítico; – Responsabilidade e orientação para o cliente; – Experiência em atendimento telefónico e energia (preferencial); – Destreza informática em (ótica do utilizador), Excel, Outlook e atuação em diversas plataformas; – Inglês nível B1/B2 (obrigatório); – Computador e acesso à internet face ao contexto de pandemia.
Oferta.
– Contrato de Trabalho; – Vencimento Base + Subsídio de Alimentação + Subs.
Férias e Natal; – Prémio mensal de desempenho; – Seguro de Saúde (após 6 meses) Horário.
Horário compreendido entre 10H-19H de 2ª a domingo com duas folgas semanais Local de Trabalho.
