Descrição Apoio transversal nas áreas de Direito Imobiliário (vertente transacional e assessoria), Direito Comercial, Direito Societário e Direito Fiscal, com a possibilidade de desenvolver questões em matérias adjacentes; Estabelecer e acompanhar procedimentos legais internos; Preparar e organizar toda a informação jurídica relativa a clientes e à empresa; Tratar todos os procedimentos de contencioso ou demais matérias que necessitem de aconselhamento jurídico; Colaboração no desenvolvimento de iniciativas que contribuam para a promoção e valorização do departamento e da Empresa.
Perfil ideal Licenciatura em Direito em Universidade Portuguesa de prestígio; Experiência nas áreas de Direito Comercial, Societário, Imobiliário e Fiscal; Experiência profissional superior a 10 anos em funções similares (pós-agregação à O.
.); Experiência em operações e atividades imobiliárias, nomeadamente no apoio jurídico e na negociação, redação e revisão de contratos imobiliários; Interesse constante em manter-se actualizado face às recorrentes alterações legislativas; Capacidade de execução e conclusão de trabalhos com autonomia; Fluente em inglês (fator de exclusão); Orientação para o cliente e para os resultados; Boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal.
