Descrição da Função · Gerir o departamento jurídico do grupo de empresas; · Ter responsabilidade na área de Compliance e Contratos; · Acompanhar e dar assessoria jurídica à Administração do grupo de empresas, em particular, na área do Direito da Contratação Pública; · Antecipar e identificar questões jurídicas relevantes, aconselhando no desenvolvimento de estratégias e soluções jurídicas; · Elaborar pareceres jurídicos; · Elaborar e rever políticas e procedimentos, regulamentos, e outros documentos legais; · Gerir a elaboração e submissão de propostas comerciais de fornecimento de serviços e/ou produtos na área da aviação e bens e tecnologias militares nas plataformas de contratação pública; · Elaborar negociar, analisar e celebrar de contratos de trabalho; · Mediar e resolver conflitos, quer com os colaboradores, quer com entidades externas e/ou oficiais; · Elaborar e conduzir de procedimentos disciplinares; · Realizar actos notariais.
Requisitos · Licenciatura em Direito em Faculdade Portuguesa de referência; · Pelo menos 5 anos de experiência em funções similares; · Experiência na área de Direito da Contratação Pública e Direito Laboral; · Inscrição activa na Ordem dos Advogados Portugueses; · Bom domínio das ferramentas Microsoft; · Excelentes conhecimentos de Inglês; · Organização e capacidade de trabalho em equipa; · Dinamismo e análise crítica; · Elevadas competências comunicacionais, orais e escritas; · Proactividade e criatividade na resolução de problemas.
