This tool should not only be capable of creating and tracking tickets, but should also have features for user management, authentication, and robust reporting and analytics.
Key Features • Ticket Creation and Tracking - Beyond just basic attributes like ticket number, date, status, and description, I require a more advanced feature set.
This includes priority, type, the person assigned to, and the ability to create custom fields for maximum customization.
• User Management and Authentication - The system should be capable of managing various user profiles, with a secure authentication method in place.
• Reporting and Analytics - A comprehensive analytics dashboard providing insightful reports is a must.
This system should be usable for both internal team members and external users, adding complexity to the user management subset.
A successful candidate for this project would have significant experience in PHP, MySQL, and the development of ticket management or similar systems.
Proven experience with user management, authentication mechanisms, and creating intuitive reporting dashboards is necessary.
