Descrição Atendimento online de futuros alunos para os apoiar na escolha da sua formação; Esclarecer questões relacionadas com o conteúdo programático e pedagógico dos cursos; Registo de informação no CRM para permitir o follow up e garantir o feedback aos alunos; Fechar inscrições de novos alunos, garantindo todo o processo administrativo de admissão e inscrição (realizar contactos telefónicos, por email e outras plataformas digitais).
Perfil ideal Experiência na área Comercial/Vendas/Telemarketing/Call Center será valorizada; Fluência em inglês; Interesse pelo sector de educação; Excelentes competências de comunicação e orientação para o cliente; Gosto pelo trabalho com objectivos; Método e organização de trabalho; Forte capacidade de negociação/argumentação.
Vantagens Horário 10H-19H - segunda a sexta-feira; Contrato de trabalho sem termo; Seguro de Saúde após período experimental; Vencimento base + SA + Prémios/bónus de desempenho; Integração imediata
