Responsabilidades - Atendimento telefónico geral (a clientes e fornecedores); - Gestão de correio eletrónico; - Receção de recolhas (via e-mail e telefone); - Realização de tarefas administrativas referentes à função.
Requisitos - Bons conhecimentos de Excel e Outlook; - Residência na área da grande Lisboa; - Experiência comprovada em Contact Center; - Disponibilidade para horários rotativos entre as 08h e as 19h de segunda a sexta-feira, podendo existir necessidade de fazer um a dois sábados por mês, com folga na segunda-feira seguinte.
