Quais os benefícios que pode esperar? * Posição permanente com ótimas condições de trabalho * Excelente salário com benefícios * Ambiente de trabalho positivo e solidário * Horário de trabalho de 2ºf a 6ºf entre as 8h e as 19h Quais as tarefas que esta função envolve? * Apoiar o processo produtivo, através da resolução de problemas dos clientes, nomeadamente através do atendimento de chamadas telefónicas ou outros meios de contacto existentes para o efeito; * Tratar com zelo e diligencia toda a documentação e informação de suporte à atividade; * Atender chamadas dos clientes de forma eficiente e cordial; * Responder a e-mails de forma precisa e dentro dos prazos estabelecidos; * Registar detalhes das solicitações técnicas; * Procurar resolver problemas, utilizando um script de acordo com o tipo de máquina; * Encaminhar as solicitações para os departamentos técnicos apropriados; * Acompanhar o progresso das solicitações e caso exista um novo contacto sobre o mesmo tema conseguir dar informação ao cliente sobre a situação; * Investigar e resolver discrepâncias de faturação; * Fornecer esclarecimentos sobre os métodos de pagamento e políticas de faturação; * Fornecer informações sobre produtos e serviços e encaminhar leads para a área comercial; * Registar reclamações e feedback dos clientes.
Quais as qualificações que deve ter? * Formação ao nível do 12º ano * Experiência anterior na função * Experiência no atendimento telefónico * Bons conhecimentos de Informática e PHC (preferencialmente) * Bons conhecimentos de inglês e espanhol (preferencial) * Viatura própria para deslocar-se para o local de trabalho Pronto para se candidatar?
