Descrição/Funções.
- Prestar apoio administrativo no Serviço a Clientes executando tarefas inerentes à gestão de encomendas dos Clientes alocados a vários canais de distribuição, nomeadamente a gravação das encomendas; - Acompanhamento da disponibilidade de stocks, - Acompanhamento das entregas e apoio pós-venda, assegurando a satisfação do Cliente.
- Atendimento a clientes via linha de Apoio ao Cliente; - Receção e registo de encomendas e pedidos de assistência técnica e esclarecimentos sobre estado de encomendas.
Requisitos.
- Experiência em funções similares; - Escolaridade mínima obrigatória; - Perfil dinâmico e proativo; Oferece-se.
- Contrato de trabalho com a Adecco Recursos Humanos; - Vencimento Base 820€ + subsidio de alimentação de 6,26€ em valor; - Possibilidade de trabalhar em empresa conceituada no setor; - Horário de trabalho das 09H00 às 18H00; - Regime presencial
