Contrato a termo com duração de 9 meses (substituição de colaborador) com hipótese de extensão dependendo da qualidade do trabalho executado.

Administrativo Apoio ao Cliente Departamento.
Comercial e Qualidade Funções.
Informar e esclarecer o cliente (presencialmente e via email) Gestão de caixas de email de apoio a cliente Atendimento de chamadas para informações gerais Reencaminhamento de chamadas Apoio na gestão de reclamações Perfil Pretendido.
Escolaridade 12º ano Boa capacidade escrita em computador Conhecimentos ambiente Windows/Office Experiência com algum tipo de software CRM será valorizada.
Experiência previa em funções de atendimento e cliente será valorizada.
Conhecimentos de inglês e/outros idiomas são bem-vindos.
Horário.
Trabalho presencial.
8 horas diárias.
