Job Description Your Mission As an Acquiring Host Specialist, you will be working with a strong team that has experience in Fintech and help shape the future of our Acquiring offering.
You’ll help this team manage our Acquiring Host operations so we can ensure the best Merchant experience that is scalable and secure.
You will.
Ensure the smooth operations of our Acquiring Host Problem-solve edge cases that are impacting our Merchants while working with Front-line teams Handle anomalies with our Clearing files Coordinate with Gateway/Processors and International Payment Schemes Maintain documentation and enforce procedures to comply with/improve PCI-DSS, PCI-PIN, and PCI-3DS standards Create processes for and coordinate Bi-Annual updates, Migrations, and New feature rollouts Contribute to continuous improvements in current processes to increase operational scalability Monitor our services, identify improvements for our alerts, and, where possible, automate Maintain our testing environments and become experts in International Payment Schemes' test environments If you have a passion for the above or are interested in learning about Acquiring Hosts, we believe this might be for you!   Your Team You will work with a diverse team to help shape the future of our Acquiring Department by being part of our Acquiring Host Operation & Implementation team.
This team is responsible for managing our Acquiring Host; we manage the transaction authorization flow from our gateways to the International Payment Schemes (IPS), the outgoing and incoming Clearing flows from the IPS, the Fee calculation for our Merchants, and much more! Qualifications Requirements 3+ years of experience working in Fintech and with International Payment Schemes Have experience with Acquiring or Issuing platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues effectively Think creatively and insightfully about business problems Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements, such as PCI-DSS.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
