Co-author of the project concept “App to support the Victim of Domestic Violence”, a research grant sponsored by Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa.

The project aims to increase the tools that help the victim, contributing to the reduction of crime.

- Contextual research through meetings with +20 professionals in the field; Application of surveys to victims and creation of personas.

- Create app features that assist the victim in different scenarios, through investigation standards, competitive analysis and 1349 smartphone models analysis.

- Develop an intuitive and simple user experience that reflects the needs of the different user profiles and is functional on different smartphones.

- Define the app’s identity strategy by defining values, goals and vision.

- Close work with the developer, according to the Scrum methodology.

- Organize and facilitate usability tests.

- Create the divulgation strategy that communicates to different user profiles, through the identification of online and offline materials/channels.

- Create copy for the promotional posters, with an empathic tone that appeals to the victims.

- Create copy for the internal materials, ensuring that the brand tone of voice is consistent: slideshows, information and app identity manuals, quick user guide, thank you note, etc.

Multidisciplinary digital design studio.

- Communicate the premium feeling on a luxury real estate website, through minimalist layouts on the “About Us” and “Services” pages

- Create icons that communicate the concepts of technology/networking
and develop banners for a UX conference

- Identify the wants and needs of tuk-tuk drivers and potential customers, through contextual research; 15 interviewees; Affinity diagram; Personas and competitive analysis *

- Create an MVP prototype that eliminates the uncomfortable interaction of being approached by a stranger to book a tuk-tuk trip *
