FFPE RNA extractions, quantification (Biotek SynergyMx) and RIN (Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer). Laboratory management (stock control, ordering, equipment maintenance). LIMS interaction and data management. Support research (EORTC, BIG, others) and diagnosis activities. Proficiency Testing (PT schemes). WI, SOP and PSOP writing. Biorepository activities (collection kits production and sample storage). Digital pathology using NanoZoomer 2.0HT from Hamamatsu and data analysis software Calopix from TRIBVN Healthcare).
