• Conducted researches of Treviso history independently and formulated events descriptions, and presented 
findings to department head
• Worked alongside public and private stakeholders in order to involve in the project nearby communities  

• assisted guests needs to give them a positive experience
• managed reservations based on rooms availability, room typology, and based on administration allocation’s 
criteria 
• contacted suppliers in order to replenish warehouse shortages
• filled out main accounting and budgeting forms and forwarded them to the National Statistical Institute 
(ISTAT)
