- Specialist in vehicle diagnosis reference in all LATAM region;
- Development of a software responsible for receiving all analysis reports from dealerships;
- Creation, implementing and coordination of the first technical support team related to diagnosis software in LATAM region;
- Technical support level 1 and 2 of diagnosis software used by more than 1000 dealers in all LATAM region;
- Development of diagnosis procedures using JavaScript and XML;
- Performance leadership management from support team;
- Team integration and support for all other regions;
- Responsible for the management of the knowledge Base.
