Profile
As a sales manager I work to develop and optimize my sales analysis capacity, in order to be objective and precise, which contributes to the development of more detailed and assertive action plans for my main accounts, improving my performance, have greater growth and surpass the objectives that are proposed to me.

I always try to challenge myself in order to implement differentiating projects that allow me to gain the trust of my main clients and to gain the trust of new clients, which contributes not only to my performance but also to consolidate the name of the company I represent.

As a people manager I believe in leadership by example, which allows me to create an environment of trust, mutual help, and team spirit, allowing us to successfully overcome the challenges that appear to us, facing them as opportunities. I work to encourage my reports to build a good development plan, providing tools and giving them conditions, for them to be able to progress in their career.
