- Export management: request for quotations, analysis and choice of the best supplier / effective cost; followup
of shipments until delivery; management of returns. Checking and posting of invoices
- Check that the services are validated in the system by the logistics operator
- Checking returns of material, arrival of articles at the warehouse
- Controlling home deliveries for high volume products
- Management of environmental charges and sending of periodic reports to the Accounting Department and
official entities.
- Calculation and analysis of KPI's - department's monthly, semi-annual and annual report according to the KPI's
proposed by HQ
- Stock / inventory reports
- Validation of the reports sent by the Logistics Operator regarding the services performed monthly. Approve
and review the invoices to be sent to the Accounting Department - Monthly Accruals and Closing of the month.
- Planning of the material entries into the warehouse according to the needs of the sales department
Container Booking, Customs Clearances, Factory Purchase Orders, Direct
Deliveries

- Receiving and managing customer requests; ensuring that the dates and conditions requested are met by the
Logistics Operator
- EDI customer follow-up
- Invoicing, credit and debit notes
- Control of returns of rejected items (control whether the returned goods arrive in good condition in the
warehouse and the transaction is reflected in the system
- Back order management - daily stock management and distribution
- Sending guides to the logistics operator and tracking delivery
- Calculation and analysis of KPI's - monthly, half-yearly and yearly
- Follow-up of deliveries
- Daily sales reports for the different business units of the company
