The goal was to automate the reports, to minimize manual work and as well to decrease the time spent in the elaboration of each report.

After Orange Spain Project I joined a Network Implementation Team as a Shift Leader:
●	Assigned engineers to the sites according to the work plan
●	Guaranteed all sites were properly assigned and local technicians were working without issues

●	Followed-up status of each ongoing integration

My first role at Nokia was as a dispatcher for Orange Spain Project. The main tasks were:
●	Followed-up incidents/ tickets created by the Customer

●	Traveled to Spain to start the transition of the Dispatching center.
Still in the same project I was promoted as Zone Manager which involved:
●	Led and supported the Dispatchers in every task
●	Guaranteed all tickets had technicians assigned
●	Guided customer daily meetings
●	Managed major and critical network incidents, acting as intermediary between Fault Manager, Back-office, Local Team and Customer
●	Conducted escalation level to the Customer, Back-office, Third parties
●	Traveled several times to Spain to strengthen Customer and Local Team relations and later to train the technicians how to use the new assignment tool (GDC Portal).
●	Consistently worked with customer satisfaction in mind.
