- always be present a clean uniform, groomed and looking the part; - responsible for being determined and focused performer in a team of empowered Guest Services professionals by taking the ownership and accountability for reacting to guest's feedback. - Maintain current knowledge of all the ship's regular events and special functions by reviewing all available data. - provide cash and guest account services by accepting cash payments, cashing personal or traveler checks or exchanging foreign currencies. - provide all services of Guest Services desk, tracing missing luggage, cash services, lost & found service, answer to inquiries, printing tickets and keys, note feedbacks and resolving complaints and escalated issues. - check guest log reports; - check side job; - check sanitation log; - verify the cleanliness and tidiness of the desk and office; -send e-mails to colleagues, supervisor, other departments - Safety observations; - Attend to meetings, trainings and drills. (Evaluation Provided if Required)
