Assisted the Smart Metering Programme Manager across Optant, Repair & Replacement, Progressive Metering and Non-Household work streams by collating and producing reports to allow monitoring of performance, allocating resources throughout workstreams and support in Change Requests escalated by PMs. Project managed the delivery of eight development sites, covering approx. 3,000 LCEs installation. Key contact between the Construction Site Managers and Developers on both client and project side. Responsible for resolving escalations related to meter replacements for other leakage partners. Introduced a more streamlined and efficient way of working across the business with external contractors by mapping new processes.

Project Manager responsible for delivering 1.7 Ml/d of unaccounted for water in construction sites in North London. Responsible for ensuring processes followed OfWat / MOSL’s regulations.

Project managed the delivery of 4,000 smart meters in London part of the H814 CNUSmod Loggers project to time, cost and quality. Support Wholesale Market Services in the delivery of the Accelerated Programme and replacement of 12,000 smart meters by managing performance of Non Household Team and guarantee jobs were completed within Service Level Agreement (SLA). Assured NHH policies were updated in time and improved process maps for nine different journeys.

Managed access to clean water network in North London whilst delivering regulatory targets imposed by OfWat. Facilitated engineering and customer led projects by producing Permits to Work and risk assessing interruptions to supply. Improved and optimised water network in Ealing, Hampton and Kempton areas resulting in District Metered Area (DMA) availability of 98%.
