Assisted and recommended global/local operation strategies to all key stakeholders to maximise growth of the company, ensuring cultural sensitives across a multi-country remit. Developed operational strategy and technical vision, analysing and implementing new systems and infrastructure to future-proof technology operations and landscapes efficiently, profitably and securely. Co-ordinated the implementation of business and penetration to new contracting markets; leading complex alliances with strategic significant partners to provide ad-hoc resources.
