Project manager

Managing full cycle transition projects (initiation, planning, execution) following the methodology based on PMP® principles;
Transition projects’ scope: finance & accounting (O2C, S2P, R2R, Tax), European locations, (<20 FTEs per country); 
Managing global change management project: implementation of Cadency tool (Balance sheet reconciliation tool) following Agile way of working;
Scope: APAC, Europe, LAM & NAM regions, R2R, S2P, E-com, Tax, O2C teams in market and share services departments;
Efficient collaboration and communication with operation’s teams in shared services centers and in the local markets;
Presentation of the project status to stakeholders; communication with senior leadership;
Direct people management of junior project managers assigned to the projects;
Ensuring the projects are managed as per timelines, quality and budget KPIs. 

IManaging of non-transition projects and providing post go-live services and support to the operation teams to meet compliance and legal requirements as per bank policy;
Coordination and supervision of daily duties of project officers involved in application risk assessment process (based in office in Poland (Krakow, Wroclaw) and Indie (Pune and Mumbai));
Leading Lean improvement project in application risk assessment team;
Managing full cycle transition projects (initiation, planning, execution) following the methodology based on PMP® principles and with special attention to the risk management in every phase of the project;
Transition projects’ scope: Finance, Risk, Operations, HR, Reporting & Analytics (up to 200 FTEs), migration from vendor to vendor, local team to shared service center and vendor to shared service center, local team to vendor; 
Efficient collaboration and communication with involved departments and teams;
Presentation of the project status to stakeholders; communication with senior management;
Ensuring project KPIs are met;
Delivering internal training on project management.
