● Project Manager, at Delivery & Services department, managing multiple projects for Vodafone account such as 4G Mobile Packet Core – Cloud NFV, DRA, Microwave, DWDM and CDN.

● Project Manager at service of Siemens, leading EDP EDM project - Smartgrids, that consists on developing/customizing the Energy IP platform (Java based) that processes the meter data collected from EDP’s meter devices, providing consumption data to the entire market.
Managing a multi-country, multi-cultural and multi-skilled team comprising Solutions Engineers, Solution Architect and Java developers.
Main Contributions: project status reporting, developments prioritization, incident management, risk management, release management, change management/scope control, resources management, documentation control and budget management.

Project Manager, leading B2C IT operations team (20 Java developers), in the development of mobile subscription services integrated with operators billing/VAS systems, in accordance to specific legislation and policies defined by country regulators/operators, in more than 50 countries worldwide.
Main contributions: collect requirements and define scope; create project plans; identify risks; estimate/hire resources, tasks duration and precedencies; control quality, scope, risks and deadlines. Follow-up requests pipeline from several stakeholders, prioritize requests, align projects status periodically with marketing accounts and operators.
Service Manager, responsible for infrastructure and services monitorization – Zabbix / Nagios. Managed the integration of TIMWE’s services/infrastructure monitoring platform with NOVABASE Agile Center for 1st Line support.
Main contributions: Define and track the integration project plan, aligning status in weekly steering meetings. Deal with the internal stakeholders in order to provide the partner with the technical means necessary for integration (users access/auth, VMs privileges, VPNs, VMs inventory, applications profile, etc). Align/design internal technical & procedural processes to be followed by partner.
Define the services SLAs for partner and measure them periodically providing report to CTO/Business Accounts. Design/implement together with partner automatisms to react in usual/known incident types. Deal with daily main incidents in close collaboration with partner service manager, easing the interaction with the 2nd line support. Responsible for Continuous Service Improvement (CSI).

 Head of Wireless Technologies, acting as project manager, technical principal and RFQs manager, being accountable for commercial implementations and product customizations.
Managed engineering teams during network integrations (IOTs), regression tests, NEs I&C, network rollout and optimization. Create full project plan; assign, coordinate and follow-up all tasks; control deliverables, scope, risks and deadlines. Discuss/define all technical aspects of the project with the client technical and project peers. Present project status in steering meetings with the client.
● Head of Business to Business (B2B), accountable for partner’s recruitment in a diverse portfolio including video surveillance, datacom, video conference, smartmeters, and GPON products. Accountable for product presentations, demos, trials&testing and RFQs.

● Technical and Project Manager for LTE trial in Optimus, lead in loco a team of 10 engineers during testplant and field deployment
● Technical and Project Manager for the entire swap/modernization of 500 GSM+UMTS sites in Optimus network. Lead in loco a team of 30 engineers (75% Chinese) during testplant and field deployment
● Project Manager for 2G/3G network optimization in Optimus, involving product customization.
● Technical and Project Manager for Timor Telecom Core Network swap (R4) and 3G Greenfield deployment (two bands: 850MHz, 2100MHz). Lead in loco a team of 25 Chinese engineers ensuring the successful accomplishment of the migration from Siemens EWSD to ZTE Core R4 network,
together with the commercial launch of 3G service.
● Project Manager for EDP smart meters qualification process ( EDP BOX product certification and
customization - partner KAIFA)
● Project Manager for DST/Vodafone and ONI pilots (proof of concept and product customization - GPON

● Supported the business breakthrough in Portugal market with the first ZTE data card and handset sold to TMN - datacards (MF620, MF622) and handsets (F880, F230).
● Daily managed the approval of the new HW samples & SW versions in close collaboration with the R&D in China / Operators.
● Designed business intelligence processes and tools to support terminals after-sales business.
