Japanese multinational company of electronics parts to Automotive Makers (Tier 1). I was responsible for Toyota (100% of turnover), GM and Honda OEM parts (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and original accessories (Dealer Option). My roles were Project Manager, Sales and Quality Engineer for radios, audio video navigation (AVN), speakers, rear cameras and Airbag ECUs.  I have managed global team and multidisciplinary of New Product Introduction (NPI) development projects. I have also supported warehouse selection, internal procedures preparation and ISO 14001:2004 implementation.
	
Project Manager
•	Control of schedule, deliverables, requirements, changing requests and prepare recovery plans preparation when necessary.
•	Gantt chart preparation for project milestone and project status reports with MS-Access and MS-Excel.
•	Control development tests, evaluation plans and reports.
•	Responsible for quick-off, regular meetings (internal and with customer) and customer audits.
•	Responsible to check, prepare and explanation technical documents to customer.
•	Responsible for run at rate try-outs at production factory and for samples quantity delivery.
•	Budget forecast and control for local expenses.

Quality Engineer
•	Perform technical analysis and prepare first report of claims parts (line and field).
•	Prepare 8D and/or 5 whys reports for Non-Conforming with the factory and report to customer.
•	Continuous improvement, root cause analysis, countermeasures implementation and avoid non-conforming re-occurrence.
•	Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports (claims and ppm) of Brazil and Argentina market and explain to USA management.
•	Prepare quality flow for line claims and after sales (customer service) for each project.
•	Management of each design and process change and drawings control.
•	Basic explanation to customer of Process Flow, Process Layout, Working Instructions, Control Plan and PFMEA.
•	Responsible for Customer Quality Assurance Manual and implementation inside company.
•	Responsible for pre delivery inspection/containment in warehouse (prepare Working Instruction and train team members).
•	Follow Start of Production (SOP) with customer for safe launch.
•	Support Service parts preparation and package design.

Sales Engineer
•	Sales forecast and Budget preparation and analysis of the difference with sales result.
•	Taxes, Logistics and costs knowledge for quotation preparation (price break down and technical explanation).
•	Negotiation and explanation to customer about price changes, technical changes, among others.
•	Analysis of market, marketing trend, competitors and customers.
•	New business opportunities pursuit.
•	Attend monthly customer meetings, Sales and Marketing Events.

Brazilian consulting company for railway and subways. I was Field Engineer at Vitoria to Minas Railway re-signaling and Tubarão auxiliary train station signaling project of EletroLogIXS system from GE for Vale company and the main activities were:
•	Equipment assembly supervision and field tests.
•	System commissioning and assisted system operation.
Development Engineer
Continental (Former Siemens VDO) – Contract by Altran
German multinational company of electronics parts supplier to Automotive Makers (Tier 1). My role was Development Engineer for automotive tracking systems, radios and clusters and SAP R/3 MM key user. My main activities are listed below.
•	Responsible for Bill of Material and analysis for substitute or equivalents electronic components.
•	Control of drawings and technical documentation and support project development management activities.
•	Prototypes assembly supervision and parts in stock control.
