Participated in the Embraer SISFRON winning proposal, a Brazilian Border Surveillance System estimated in US$ 6 billion. Headed the Optronics (EO/IR) package. The proposal resulted in the Pilot Phase contract award of US$ 400 million, with successful implementation of the system in 600km of the Brazilian south-west border.

Technical head or participant of the main Embraer Super Tucano bid proposals and developments from 2000 to 2011, resulting in US$ 2.3 billion in sales, more than 1.9 million man-hours of product development and more than 1.800 Flight Hours of Systems tests.
Defined and implemented the Super Tucano Export version product strategy that created a modularity in both hardware and software and resulted in reuse of design and 80% engineering non-recurring cost reduction for new customers. 
Acted as a technical leader on Embraer’s proposal of the Super Tucano for the LAS Program, that led to the first Embraer’s successful contract award with the US DoD.

•	PMO implementation for two of the company’s business units.
Led the implementation of the Monsanto PMO in the Chemicals division. Implemented the same process in the Seeds Division later on.
Participated as a Project Manager in the Seeds Business Strategic Program, which consolidated the Monsanto Seeds business in Brazil after acquiring 3 of the largest Brazilian seed companies. Seed business today is a US$ 4 billion/year industry in Brazil.
