Product owner

•	Performed the duties of a Product Owner;
•	Headed Artificial Intelligence projects at the Digital Recruitment Platform – tool: Watson – IBM;
•	Adapted the Digital Recruitment platform’s classic layout to the Lightning Experience layout;
•	Analysed requirements, planned timetables and provisions for projects, implemented improvements in the digital recruitment platform developed in Salesforce;
•	Drew up report templates for the areas involved in the projects;
•	Implemented the Marketing Cloud for e-mail and SMS;
•	Managed the development of suppliers in projects of high complexity with more than 100h, as well as the budget;
•	Took part in projects aimed at reducing costs with licenses and performing new developments/implantations of the ‘force.com’ project through Community Customer Plus;
•	Built complex dashboards, mainly for Marketing, but also for the other departments of the company.

•	Implemented projects in critical environments of Salesforce; created users and managed access permissions, rules of sharing, field inclusion, validation and processing of packets;
•	Participated in meetings with clients to specify improvements in the digital recruitment platform developed in Salesforce;
•	Analysed indicators of the field, built and managed project timetables in Salesforce technology;
•	Applied strategies to improve projects and processes, including cost reduction;
•	Took part in digital marketing projects.
